YP Yrkesbutiker is a nationwide chain specializing in Workwear, primarily Blåkläder. We supply our customers in the construction, industrial, and service segments with work clothes, shoes, gloves, and promotional products. We offer our customers a choice of purchasing channels, such as a personal webshop or direct purchases in our stores.

We are facing an exciting change and are now filling a brand new role as a Field Sales Representative. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of a small, dedicated, and cheerful team where we together shape the store's working methods and drive sales forward.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at YP, you will primarily work with prospecting and existing customers. The focus is wholeheartedly on the entire sales process from outreach to contract management. Your goal is to provide our customers with the absolute best experience! Your main tasks will include:

• New customer prospecting
• Order placement
• Follow-up
• Driving sales with existing customers
• Contract writing and follow-ups
• Some administrative tasks included

You will be based in the store in Kungsbacka and become part of a small but dedicated team where collaboration, support, and shared responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

The product range in the store includes workwear, shoes, promotional items, and other protective equipment.

Your Profile

To thrive in the role of Field Sales Representative, you are a person who is passionate about service and sales and is motivated by working towards clear and ambitious goals. You have high energy, are driven to create results, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You are a cheerful person with a quick laugh and contribute positive energy in both customer meetings and collaborations.

You are responsible, proactive, and comfortable working independently, while also being a team player with an easy time building relationships and creating trust. As a person, you are positive, humble, and enjoy having many points of contact.

We prefer that you have prior experience in B2B sales. It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role and have industry knowledge and/or experience in workwear and promotional items. A B driver's license is required, as well as proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
